The Dossier
Compiled from public record, private anguish, and one very confused veterinarian.
Nobody agrees on where the costume came from. The prevailing theory — endorsed by the neighborhood association and by nobody with credentials — is that it was left on a fence in October and he simply took it.
What is not in dispute is the running. He runs at 6:42 every morning, upright, arms working, hood up regardless of weather. He does not run from anything. Attempts to establish what he is running toward have been abandoned by two separate research groups on grounds of morale.

Three attempts have been made to enter him in a sanctioned event. All three were rejected on the same technicality: to enter a race, the animal must be presented at the gate, and he has never once been stationary at a gate. He arrives at the finish. He has always already arrived at the finish.
Efforts to remove the costume were suspended in March after what the incident report calls “a mutual understanding.” The report is four pages long. Three of those pages are the word no.
He is, by every available measure, in excellent health. His cholesterol is outstanding. He is 94% water and 6% resolve.
The Apparatus
PL‑4400 «Monopeel» · Rev. D · reconstructed from high‑speed footage, one recovered fibre, and a wind tunnel session the facility has asked us not to name.
Every account of this animal begins by calling the suit a costume. A costume is a payload: you carry it, and it charges you for the privilege. This one does not charge. Measured against the same animal unsuited, over the same 400 m of Elm Street, in the same air, the suited run is faster. That result has been repeated four times. It is not an artifact of timing. We checked the timing. We replaced the timing.
Shape‑memory tip, 0.4 mm gauge, running the full length of the crown. Not decorative. Its resonant frequency is tuned so that vortex shedding off the tip arrives 180° out of phase with stride cadence at 41 mph. The apex cancels its own wake.
Cut 2.3° off the sagittal axis. The asymmetry preloads the skull into the airstream and holds head attitude stable with no muscular correction at all. He is not steering. He is trimmed.
Monofilament grid cut on the bias, ±45° to the limb axis. Torsional resistance through the complete stride measures 0.00 N·m. The sleeve does not know the arm is moving.
9 mm serration pitch, geometry lifted from the leading edge of Strix aluco, the tawny owl. It shreds the trailing vortex into eddies below the threshold of human hearing. This is why nobody hears him until he is already level with the window.
None. No zip, no hook, no button, no hem break. The garment is a single continuous surface retained by interference fit alone. It has never been removed. There is no documented method by which it was put on.
Material stack — outer face to coat, measured at the shoulder
Contact angle 158°. Water does not wet this surface, it leaves it. The 27 April sprinkler incident is no longer considered unexplained.
The nap is not nap. It is a riblet array at 74 µm spacing — textbook shark‑skin drag reduction, executed at fleece scale by an unknown hand. This single layer is the entire trick.
The load path. Carries stride force around the ribcage rather than through it, which is why the suit has never once been observed to flap.
Thermally neutral from −18 °C to 41 °C. In fourteen months of observation he has not been seen to sweat, shiver, or pause.
Coefficient against coat: 0.02. Suit and animal are mechanically decoupled. They are travelling together by agreement, not by attachment.

It is not a costume. It is a fairing. He is measurably faster wearing it than not wearing it — and he knows this, and that is the part that should worry you.
Unresolved — open items, no owner assigned
- UNRESOLVED‑01 · Bipedal conversion
- The suit reduces the aerodynamic penalty of running upright. It does not explain how a horse runs upright. Four mechanisms have been proposed. None has survived peer review, and two did not survive lunch.
- UNRESOLVED‑02 · Thermal budget
- At sustained 41 mph the stack should trap roughly 180 W. Measured surface temperature immediately after a full run is ambient. Not close to ambient. Ambient, to three decimal places, every time, in every weather.
- UNRESOLVED‑03 · Manufacture
- The single continuous seam has no start point. We have looked. We have used a microscope. We brought in someone who does this professionally and she also looked. There is no start point.
- UNRESOLVED‑04 · Provenance
- The suit is said to have been taken from a fence on Elm Street in October. The street exists. The October exists. The fence does not, and the surveyor has asked to be removed from this document.

Both rejections were issued without a stated reason. Both times the drawings came back
folded.
Claims 1–9 remain, in the examiner’s own annotation, “not obviously untrue.”

The Token

Every token on every chain is a claim on something — a cash flow, a vault, a promise, a governance seat nobody attends. This one is a claim on a horse in a banana suit who is currently doing forty‑one miles an hour down Elm Street and has never once asked for your help.
That is not a gap in the design. That is the design. Everything below is what the contract actually does, stated plainly, with nothing removed to make it sound better than it is.
Utility — all of it, in full, nothing withheld
ETH reflections
A slice of every transfer is taken in $PEEL, routed through the pool, and comes out the other side as ETH. Real ETH. Not a points balance, not a claim, not a receipt token, not a number in a dashboard that resolves later. It is then reflected pro‑rata to every holder, automatically, for the sole act of holding.
You do not stake it. You do not lock it. You do not sign anything or click a weekly button. You hold the horse and Ethereum arrives.
The yield is other people’s impatience. Every wallet that cannot sit still pays a toll on the way in and on the way out, the toll is denominated in ETH, and the toll is paid to you for doing nothing. When the volume stops, the reflections stop. That is the only fully honest sentence in this entire section and we have left it in deliberately.
Governance
Holders may submit proposals. Proposals are recorded on‑chain, permanently, with full attribution and a timestamp. They are then not read by the horse, who does not have a wallet, a device, or thumbs. Outcomes are binding on every party except the one the proposal is about.
The burn
A fraction of every transfer is destroyed. Not for scarcity — for drag. Supply is surface area, surface area is drag, and this protocol exists to reduce drag. The mechanism is the same one described in A‑04. The burn is an aerodynamic feature that happens to be financial.
Staking
You may lock $PEEL for any duration you like. It does not yield. It does
not compound. It does not accrue points, tiers, multipliers, or a position in a queue.

The Peel Reserve
A treasury address holds a portion of supply against future need. The future need has been identified, scoped, and budgeted, and does not exist. The reserve is therefore fully funded in perpetuity against it, and is the single best‑capitalised line item in this document.

Fifty is the load‑bearing number. Below fifty you are a spectator who happens to own a token, and you will forget the tab is open. Above fifty you are a stakeholder with a sleep disorder, and you will begin refreshing things at 4 a.m. and developing opinions about liquidity. At exactly fifty you arrive at the only correct posture available toward this asset: you buy it, you close the tab, and you let the horse cook.
And while the tab is closed, the thing keeps reflecting ETH into your wallet off everybody else’s trading. You are not farming it. You are not claiming it. You are asleep, and Ethereum is arriving, because a horse in a banana suit is doing forty‑one miles an hour on your behalf.

What cooking involves — as far as anyone has established

- We cannot define cooking. Three attempts are on file. What we can confirm, from the telemetry and from the neighbours, is that it is currently happening.

- None. Cooking does not require your input, your thesis, or your chart. Your input has been received, logged, thanked, and set to one side.
- Duration
- Unbounded. He was cooking before the token and will be cooking after it. The token is a way of being present for it, not a way of causing it.

- There is no completion signal, no notification, and no dashboard. You will know.
Stated plainly, once, without the voice
$PEEL is a joke about a horse. There is no business behind it, no revenue, no team obligation, no redemption mechanism, and nothing that requires it to be worth anything at all. Nobody on this page is telling you it will go up, and anybody who does is guessing.
The ETH reflections are real, and it is worth understanding exactly where they come from: they are funded by transfer volume, which means they are paid by other people trading, not earned by anything the token does on its own. Heavy volume means meaningful reflections. No volume means no reflections. Reflections are also not the same thing as your position being up — you can collect ETH the whole way down.
Fifty dollars is the number because fifty dollars is an amount you can lose in full and still find the whole thing funny. If you cannot lose it and still find it funny, then the correct position is zero — and you are still completely welcome on the sidewalk, which is where the best view is anyway.
